Wissen­schaftliche Studien – eine Übersicht

Es gibt bereits zahlreiche Studien über die Anwendung der HBOT in verschiedenen Bereichen. Sie zeigen unter anderem, dass die hyperbare Sauerstofftherapie entzündungshemmende Auswirkungen hat und die Wundheilung sowie Erholung von trainingsbedingten Verletzungen fördert. Hinzu kommen immer mehr Belege für den Einsatz der HBOT bei der Behandlung von neurologischen Erkrankungen (Schlaganfall und traumatische Hirnverletzungen). Die Therapie unterstützt außerdem nachweisbar bei der Heilung von geschädigtem Gewebe und mildert die Nebenwirkungen der Strahlentherapie.
